IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PATIENTS
1. Face Masks are OPTIONAL. If you are experiencing ANY type of sick symptoms, WE WILL ASK that you wear a mask for the safety of other patients, staff, and yourself.
2. Patients ONLY unless they require assistance. Limit one person for assistance.
3. If being seen for possible COVID-19 symptoms DO NOT ENTER THE FRONT DOOR. Call the office from the parking lot when you arrive for your appointment to receive further instructions.
Flu Shot Clinic
Cumberland Family Practice is conducting a Flu Shot Clinic for existing patients on Thursdays and Fridays from 9AM to 12Noon and 2PM to 4PM. No appointment is required. Checkin at the Patient Checkin Window.
If you have a scheduled appointment you can get your flu shot during that also.
